Bell Blaze was founded in 2024 to address a gap we kept seeing across growing companies: infrastructure was being set up but not managed with sufficient depth to meet real production demands.

Most teams can get systems running. The challenge starts when those systems begin to scale, and deployments fail, environments do not match, costs increase unpredictably, and there is limited visibility into what is actually happening in production. That is where we chose to focus.

Bell Blaze was built as a hands-on engineering team working across cloud, DevOps, SRE, and GenAI. The work is not limited to the initial setup. It involves ongoing ownership of systems, issue resolution, performance improvement, stability maintenance, and ensuring infrastructure can scale without constant rework.

From the beginning, we operated without a client base or legacy advantage. Work comes through delivery, and that remains the basis of how the company grows. Today, Bell Blaze works with teams across multiple industries, supporting systems that require consistent uptime, cost control, and operational clarity.

At Bell Blaze, where we provide 24/7 support for cloud, data, and AI workloads, HR and administration are at the heart of keeping everything running seamlessly.

My role spans people, processes, and operations, from hiring and team structure to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accountability on both sides. The three pillars Bell Blaze operates on - Trust, Collaboration, and Respect - are reflected first in how the company treats its own people.

Building that from scratch in 2024 meant writing people processes before there was time to test them and establishing an administrative foundation before there was scale to justify it. The result is an organisation where learning is core to the culture, daily stand-ups are non-negotiable, and transparency with clients and within the team is treated as a deliverable rather than a courtesy.
